Working With Tibet House
December 5, 2016I had a magical opportunity to help with an interview of Eric Ripert (chef of Le Bernadin, the guy in the chef coat). My friend John Halpern (left) is making a small film to commemorate 30 years of Tibet House, an cultural organization that preserves and celebrates Tibetan Culture and the Tibetan Diaspora. Eric is the first of several high profile interviews we hope to do. Each is a supporter of Tibet House and is inspiring the ways each of them has incorporated Tibetan virtues of compassion, mindfulness, and patience. I’ll be very proud to put up the video work when it’s completed.
While I was there Erica announced that Le Bernadin had been named the best restaurant in the US. I had nothing to do with that, I’m pretty sure.
