Shot the 2nd season of Road Tasted for the Food Network with Jamie & Bobbie Dean. Super fun, in this one we went to Atlanta and make pumpkin bread, then went and had some BBQ at Dreamland. Nothing as good as getting it from the source.

Dim Background

The film that opens my site, “Bunny Boy” is short about a lonely child’s hope for a new playmate. It’s a study in style and anticipation. We shot on the RED camera, and it was quite a challenge to work with the snow and sky, it’s totally available light, available dolly, available rabbits. Like the best things, it’s a little “dangerous”.

Ruben O’Malley is a cinematographer and director who lives in Brooklyn, NY, though he has had numerous sightings all over the world. Recently he shot a doc in Gitmo, and a movie he shot “Harvest” has won awards at the Cleveland Film Festival. “Once More With Feeling” is playing on Sundance right now.
